Before establishing Redshoe, Sam worked at reputable organizations such as Nestle and Marks and Spencer, where he gained valuable experience as a Marketing Controller and Selector (buyer), respectively. His diverse professional background in marketing roles has equipped him with a deep understanding of the creative and communication processes involved in brand development.
Driven by a genuine passion for design, Sam previously led strategy and business development at a global design agency before deciding to venture into creating Redshoe. Specializing in brand strategy, packaging design, and FMCG marketing, Sam's current focus at Redshoe is on creating designs that resonate with and engage women, backed by trend analysis to ensure relevance and appeal.
Sam's educational background includes a BSc in Food Marketing Sciences from Sheffield Hallam University, where he excelled with First Class Honors. Through his academic pursuits and professional experiences, Sam has honed his skills in marketing to women, trend analysis, and designing packaging that inspires and connects with the target audience.
