Sam Egar is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for bringing people together through innovative means.

Starting from his college years, Sam has been deeply involved in the vibrant nightlife and hospitality scene in Chicago.

Currently serving as the Director of Operations at HiFi Social, Sam leads the college-centric travel program to popular destinations like Chicago, Nashville, New Orleans, Toronto, and Windsor, while also managing the artist booking arm of the company.

Building on his experience, Sam is a partner at The Dime, a trendy sports bar in Lincoln Park, where he actively engages in enhancing daily operations, marketing strategies, and overall operational effectiveness.

Sam's philosophy of embracing opportunities, even when unsure of the outcome, reflects his bold and adventurous approach to professional challenges.

He holds a degree in Communications & Media Studies from DePaul University.
