Sam Dods

Meet Sam Dods, a leadership team coach and consultant with extensive experience in addressing the challenges faced by tech startups, scaleups, and mature organizations. Sam's fascination with human behavior has led him to work with leaders and teams in clarifying their vision, setting strategic focus, and improving team dynamics. With a background in engineering, Sam studied at Victoria University of Wellington and Auckland University before starting his career as a Technical Advisor at Spraying Systems Co. New Zealand. Later on, he co-founded Aperio Ltd, where he served as Technical/Operations Director before moving onto senior roles at Fugro GeoServices Ltd, including Operations Director, Managing Director, and Head of Organizational Development, and a regional role as a Geophysics Manager at Fugro. Sam's areas of expertise encompass team coaching, 1:2:1 coaching, facilitated programs/meetings, training, and consulting.
