Sam Dibble

Sam Dibble is a seasoned legal professional, known for providing sound advice to corporate and entrepreneurial clients in navigating complex legal matters within business transactions.

With a strong educational background, Sam pursued A.B. with Honors in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University, followed by a JD in Law from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.

Having held key positions in reputable organizations, Sam currently serves as a Partner at Baker Botts, leveraging his expertise to offer strategic legal guidance. In the past, he has contributed significantly as a Board Member, Programs Committee Chair, and Sponsorship Committee Chair at the Association for Corporate Growth.

Sam has also served as a Chapter President at the Association for Corporate Growth and has held Partner roles at Farella Braun + Martel LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. His early career includes positions as an Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, an Analyst at Cornerstone Research, and an Associate at NERA Economic Consulting.
