Sam Abraham

Sam Abraham, a seasoned private capital investor, has a decade of experience in evaluating opportunities in emerging markets and North America. Sam's area of expertise includes credit, private equity, growth equity, renewable energy & storage, real assets & infrastructure, and more. Armed with an MBA in Entrepreneurship Management and Financial Management from The Wharton School and a computer science and engineering background from Universidad Simón Bolívar and the University of Pennsylvania, Sam has developed an array of skills in financial modeling, project management, portfolio management, business development, and restructuring & turnarounds, among others.

Sam actively uses his expertise to drive transformative strategies in portfolio companies, which, in turn, guarantees profitability. He has also been able to restructure business complexities and negotiate capital structure deals in the international market. Previously, he worked as a senior vice president at Cerberus Capital Management and director, associate, and analyst at ARC Fund, respectively. Sam was also a summer associate at Hudson Clean Energy and a summer analyst at JPMorgan.

As a former board member at Largo Resources Ltd., Sam has gained experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, International Operations, Cross-Border Transactions, and Operational Due Diligence. Before venturing into the private capital industry, Sam was an Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble.
