Salvatore (Sal) Farruggia is a seasoned real estate developer with extensive experience in a variety of building types, from multi-family residences to hotels, retail spaces, parking facilities, and offices.

His involvement in real estate deals spans the entire process from acquisition and development to sale and joint venture partnerships, with a total value exceeding $1 billion and covering 4.8 million square feet.

Combining formal education with practical expertise in architecture, construction, and real estate development, Sal excels in creating seamless projects that meet the needs of all stakeholders and enhance communities.

His skill set includes real estate development and project management, financial analysis, development proformas, construction and design value engineering, analysis of existing building conditions, end user expansion strategy, property acquisition due diligence, and lease analysis and negotiations.

With a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University, Sal Farruggia is well-equipped to handle complex real estate projects.
