Salone Sehgal is a highly accomplished interactive media VC, games entrepreneur, and M&A banker with over 15 years of experience. She has an impressive track record of taking companies from seed to growth stage, raising tens of millions of dollars, executing multi-billion dollar deals, managing diverse multi-disciplinary teams, building a successful games company, advising entrepreneurs on product scale and PMF, helping companies fundraise, negotiating multiple strategic partnerships, and working alongside founders to navigate complex special situations from restructurings to exits. Salone is passionate about advocating for innovation in games and inclusive entertainment and supporting the cause for more women in tech and venture capital. She is also a highly regarded keynote speaker at top tech and gaming conferences across the world on "Innovation in New Game Genres."

Salone holds an MBA from IESE Business School - University of Navarra and a B.A Honours degree in Economics, First Class from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University. Over the years, Salone has worked with global bulge bracket banks and financial institutions like Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and KPMG, executing ~$10Bn+ of M&A transactions across sectors. She has also co-founded TrulySocial, a UK based venture-backed gaming company with a vision to reinvent gaming experiences for female audiences by building social worlds using narrative-based interactive content and leveraging global celebrities, influencers, and brands.

Currently, Salone serves as a General Partner at Lumikai Fund, India's first dedicated interactive media, and gaming VC fund. She led LVP Fund III raise ahead of a successful first close from global strategics, financial institutions, and family offices, during a previous stint as Principal at London Venture Partners (LVP), a seed stage fund focused on the gaming ecosystem with a track record of investing in 40+ companies achieving $14Bn+ in shareholder value. Besides, Salone was Vice-President, Strategy & Business Development, Group Chief Operating Office at Barclays, Associate, Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, and Analyst, M&A Transaction Services at KPMG.
