Sally Morris

Sally Morris is a highly experienced leveraged finance professional with a strong background in financing mid-market companies, especially in private equity sponsored acquisitions, recapitalizations, LBOs, and MBOs across various industries.

She has conducted numerous assessments of potential companies' investment theses and enterprise value, resulting in a consistent track record of successfully closed transactions.
