Sally Crawford

Sally Crawford is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience building and leading marketing and product management organizations. She has worked for both high-growth startups and F500 companies, where she has focused on creating seamless end-to-end customer experiences. Crawford approaches customer strategy and experience through in-depth CX measurement, marketing strategy, journey mapping, change management, and brand marketing and loyalty. Additionally, she has valuable skills in software development and implementation, data and analytics, and commercialization of products. Crawford's career has taken her through various leadership positions, including Vice President of Product Management & Marketing at Align, where she led the development of the product vision and spearheaded commercializing products. Previously, Crawford was the Managing Director of Operations &Product at MakeBuzz LLC, where she transformed GTM strategies by leveraging customer analytics and brand development.

Crawford is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience at MedAvail Technologies Inc. She studied Photojournalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she gained valuable skills in storytelling and content creation that have been instrumental in her career.
