His passion lies in creating inspiring lab environments that promote productivity and innovation among researchers.

Salil Sansare's expertise includes compliance with standards such as ASHRAE 110: 2016, EN 14175: 2003, NFPA 30 & 45, ANSI Z9.5, and SEFA-1 to 10, along with proficiency in laboratory construction project management.

He is an active member of prominent associations including I2SL-USA, ASHRAE-USA, ISHRAE-India, and CETA-USA.

Salil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) and has pursued programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and ICFAI Business School, focusing on entrepreneurship, executive MBA in sales, and marketing.
