Salil Kulkarni

Salil Kulkarni is a forward-looking and innovative senior executive with over 30 years of experience in IT and management consulting across various types of organizations.

He has expertise in tech and operations leadership, IT consulting, turnarounds, and C-level business strategies, having overseen budgets of up to $200M and teams of up to 650 members.

As a former SVP & CTO, EVP & Interim CIO at Caesars Entertainment Corp., he led groundbreaking industry-first transformations, introducing new products and driving significant technological advancements.

In addition to his corporate roles, Salil is the President & CEO of Vichaar LLC, where he advises executives on C-Suite strategy, IT Ops, Data Center Consolidation, and Cybersecurity breaches and recovery.

Throughout his career, Salil has held various leadership positions in operational and technology roles, focusing on operational improvements, business growth, revenue expansion, and diversity initiatives.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Louisville J.B. Speed School of Engineering.
