Salena Dhillon

Salena Dhillon is a driven fourth-year student at Gustavson School of Business with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, marketing, and culture. She has studied commerce at the University of Victoria and graphic design at Shaw Academy, allowing her to bring both analytical and creative skills to her work. Dhillon is the founder of Simply You Canada and previously founded Replenish, where she has shown her aptitude for business strategy and leadership. She has also worked as an influencer for First Aid Beauty, a marketing representative for Wize, and a UVSS Electoral Voting Information Officer at the University of Victoria. Dhillon's experience working in the food and beverage industry as a manager at Booster Juice and a barista/key holder at Starbucks has honed her customer service and team management skills. Moreover, her role as a cultural assistant at Capilano University's Koto-Ku Program demonstrates her interest in cultural exchange and cross-cultural communication.
