Saleh Alkhalifah

Saleh Alkhalifah is a highly accomplished and growth-focused professional with extensive experience in procurement, contract management, business analysis, and strategic planning. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Concordia University and has completed executive education programs in strategic marketing and branding from INSEAD and London Business School, respectively.

Saleh has previously worked as the Director of Procurement and Contracts and the Director of Marketing at Colleges of Excellence, where he also served as a member of the Procurement and Tendering Committee. He has also held positions as a Contracts Manager and Contracts Specialist at the same organization. Prior to that, he worked as a Business Analyst at the PPP Unit of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and as a Budget Analyst in the Professional Development Program at the Saudi Electricity Company.

Currently, Saleh is the Acting VP Support Services at Colleges of Excellence, where he utilizes his expertise in aligning business strategy and objectives with established procurement direction and contracts management paradigms. He has exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as budget management, team leadership, and resource allocation expertise.
