Saleh Alkhalifah is a highly accomplished and growth-focused professional with extensive experience in procurement, contract management, business analysis, and strategic planning. Prior to that, he worked as a Business Analyst at the PPP Unit of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and as a Budget Analyst in the Professional Development Program at the Saudi Electricity Company.
Currently, Saleh is the Acting VP Support Services at Colleges of Excellence, where he utilizes his expertise in aligning business strategy and objectives with established procurement direction and contracts management paradigms. He has exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as budget management, team leadership, and resource allocation expertise.
