Prior to that, he owned and operated Beonca Machine Co, where he honed his entrepreneurial skills.

Additionally, Saleem has held various positions at Pulse Biomedical, including Biomedical Engineer, Chairman and Owner. As a Biomedical Engineer, he was involved in the development of medical devices, ensuring that they meet regulatory standards, perform well, and are safe for human use. As Chairman and Owner, he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, as well as leading the team in executing key strategic initiatives.
