Sakshi Mehta is a highly educated and experienced professional with a background in global health and research development. She earned a Master's degree in Science in Global Health and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from McMaster University. With an extensive portfolio of jobs and volunteering experiences, she has gained expertise in various domains such as communications, research, leadership, and project management. Sakshi currently holds the position of Vice Chair at Canadian Global Health Students and Young Professionals Summit (GHSYPS); she has also served in different capacities at various organizations, including STEM Camp Foundation Canada, Canadian Coalition for Global Health Research (CCGHR), and McMaster Students Union, among others.

Sakshi has a keen interest in global health research and education, and she has been actively involved in promoting and organizing various events and conferences. As someone passionate about making a difference in society, she has also volunteered as a Poll Clerk at Elections Canada.
