Saju Thomas

Saju Thomas, a retired Lt Col from the Indian Army with 21 years of service, now enjoys a retired life as a farmer in Thumpamon, Kerala.

Throughout his military career, he commanded various organizations focusing on repair and maintenance of Army equipment, showcasing his expertise in General Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Customer Support, Engineering, and Operations Management.

Transitioning to civilian roles, Saju Thomas served as General Manager at Transversal e Networks, a UST Global Group Company, in Technopark, Trivandrum, Kerala for nearly 3 years.

With a keen interest in academics, he completed a certificate course in Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad and subsequently became the Dean of Baselios Mathews II College of Engineering, Sasthamcotta, Kerala.

Later, he joined ACE College of Engineering as a Professor of Training & Placement for 6 years after a sabbatical period.

His educational background includes studying Tactics, Military Training, and Drill at the Indian Military Academy (IMA), B Tech in Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, Certification in Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad, and MTech in Micro Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
