He pursued his education at St. Mary's Convent School, Kasauli, where he completed his Matriculation. Furthering his studies, he earned an MBA in Infrastructure and Finance as well as a BSc. in Physics from Panjab University.

Sajal Aggarwal has held significant roles in various organizations, currently serving as Managing Director at Helium Four Solar Energy Solutions. Previously, he was the Head of EPC and O&M at Solaris Power, Manager-Solar at Saurya Enertech, and held executive positions at Lanco Solar Energy Private Limited and PU, focusing on technology, innovation, and solar energy.
