Saila Laitinen is an accomplished executive with a diverse background spanning several industries. She has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability, with expertise in business transformations, sales and people leadership, financial rounds, and international business development. She is particularly skilled in digitalization, IoT, AI/AR, cryptocurrencies, eSports, strategy formulation, IT, manufacturing, operational improvements, lean organizations, and processes. Laitinen holds an MSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Oulu and has studied Change Leadership and Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching Studies.
