With years of experience in operations, client relations, business development, creative and marketing initiatives, he has emerged as an exceptional presenter and negotiator with an exceptional ability to form and maintain C-suite client relationships.

Over the years, Saiju has honed his skills in spearheading, designing, and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures to produce work that motivates and resonates with people. His unique balance of operations allows him to lead teams, develop work, form and lead every department, and maintain a healthy, fun, and rewarding organizational culture.
