Saifullah Zadran
Mechanical Engineer - Spacecrafts - Robotics
Saifullah Zadran is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore. He is highly interested in space technology, spacecraft attitude control, motion control for single and multi-agent systems, algorithms for autonomous vehicles, and aerial robotic systems. Saifullah has been actively engaged in various extracurricular activities during his undergraduate studies, holding leadership positions such as President of the Afghan Students Union, Director of Public Relations of the International Students Society, and Director of PR and Record at the Pakistan Students' Welfare Organization.
Having a deep passion for learning about new technologies in mechanical and aerospace engineering, Saifullah aims to contribute as a research scientist focusing on Aerospace Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC). His aspiration is to advance spacecraft technology, particularly nanosatellites, to enhance capabilities in planetary exploration, remote sensing, geospatial information, and defense. His research experience includes projects such as the impact of the secondary reflector on solar flux intensity, CubeSat design for weather monitoring, wing section analysis of the ATR 72 aircraft, rocket motor static test pad design, and design optimization of Francis Turbine Blade.
