Sai Parthasarathy
Sai Parthasarathy, MD, is a respected physician-scientist who specializes in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. With a career spanning more than two decades, Dr. Parthasarathy has served as a professor of medicine at several prominent institutions, including Loyola University of Chicago and the University of Arizona. He has also held leadership roles as the director of the Respiratory Care and Home Oxygen Therapy and co-director of the Center for Sleep Disorders. Dr. Parthasarathy's research interests include sleep-disordered breathing, sleep and circadian rhythm disorders, and respiratory muscle weakness. He is currently the director of the UArizona Health Sciences Center for Sleep and Circadian Sciences, interim chief of the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine, and formerly held the position of Chief of Research at the Southern Arizona Veterans Administration Health Care System.
