Sai Anuroop Kesanapalli is a dedicated individual driven by the pursuit of academic excellence.

He has a strong research interest in areas such as Federated Learning, Edge-Computing, Knowledge Distillation, Distributed Systems, Distributed Optimization, Stochastic Optimization, Neural Networks, as well as AI & ML.

Sai Anuroop Kesanapalli holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Dharwad and has worked as a Project Associate - I at Distributed Research on Emerging Applications and Machines Lab (DREAM), CDS, IISc Bangalore.

During his undergraduate studies, he was actively involved in the Learning, Inference and Networks (LIaN) research group at IIT Dharwad.

He will be pursuing his graduate studies in Computer Science at the Viterbi School of Engineering, University of Southern California, starting in Fall 2022.

Sai Anuroop Kesanapalli's educational background includes studying Intermediate in MPC with a Grade of A and 98.5% from Sri Chaitanya Narayana Junior Kalasala, Hyderabad, and completing his 10th Grade with a CGPA of 10 at St. Michael's School, Hyderabad.

He holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Dharwad, India.

His professional experience includes working as a Project Associate - I at Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and serving as a Teaching Assistant at Indian Institute of Technology Dharwad.
