Saheb Sabharwal is the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-founder at Cart.com, a start-up focusing on Ecommerce-as-a-Service.

He successfully raised $380M in funding for Cart.com and oversees M&A, Integration, Strategy & Ops, and P&L for one of the Owned Brands.

With a background in Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Operations Consulting, Mr. Sabharwal brings a wealth of experience in building and scaling businesses.

He has led numerous initiatives in sourcing, diligence, investing, acquiring, and building Services and Technology businesses, both nationally and internationally.

Mr. Sabharwal's transaction experience ranges from venture capital investments to SPACs, amounting to deal sizes from $1M to $1.4B, with successful growth of start-ups to $150M revenue.

Before Cart.com, Saheb Sabharwal worked at CSL Capital Management, LP, where he oversaw various portfolio companies and engaged in diverse deal structures.

During his tenure at McKinsey & Company, Mr. Sabharwal focused on Operations, Strategy, and M&A for Fortune 500 companies, managing merger integration efforts for deals totaling $8B+.

He holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, being recognized for outstanding achievement at both institutions.
