Sage Kirwan is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse range of experiences in customer experience, marketing, and arts. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from New York University and a background in Media, Culture and the Arts from The King's College. With a focus on customer experience, Sage has held various positions at leading organizations like Magic Spoon, Farmacy Beauty, and Casper. Her past roles include Director of Customer Experience, Head of Customer Experience, CX Specialist, and Campus Outreach Coordinator among others. Sage has also founded Go Shorty Go and launched the Seven Bar Foundation: Paradigm Shifters program at NYU. Prior to this, she was involved in several marketing roles such as Marketing Assistant at Pioneer Financial Group, Director of Development and Publicity/Writer at Underground Sparks Mag, and Vice President 1 of the Lambda Theta Chapter at Zeta Tau Alpha. With a wealth of experience in both customer experience and marketing, Sage's expertise lies at the intersection of where these two worlds meet. Along with her professional interests, Sage is passionate about empowering and supporting other women.
