Sagar Sood is a dedicated individual deeply immersed in the field of UX Design.

With a Master of Education from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Suffolk University, Sagar has vast knowledge and expertise.

Having held various roles such as Product Designer at Kinoko Biotech Pvt. Ltd., BASH, Customer Success Manager at Element451 and uConnect, Customer Advocate at Mighty Networks, and Senior Support Specialist at Handshake, Sagar boasts a rich professional background.

Sagar's journey also includes Team Lead and University Support roles at Handshake, demonstrating leadership and support abilities.

Prior experiences as Customer Support Specialist and Associate Customer Support Specialist at HubSpot, as well as a Special Education Teacher at The New England Center for Children, highlight Sagar's diverse skill set and passion for education.

Before venturing into education and tech, Sagar honed managerial skills as Agency Managing Director at Apollo Travel and Tours, and gained customer service experience as a Travelers Support Representative at the same organization.
