Saeed Baez Ahmed

Saeed Ahmed is a biomedical engineer with diverse experience working in research, development, and service roles in the life sciences industry. He earned his B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and his M.Sc. in Nanobiophysics from Technische Universität Dresden. With a passion for innovation in healthcare, Saeed has held positions as a Research Engineer at the University of Penns and as a former Field Service Engineer at Illumina, where he provided technical support for clients in genomics and next-generation sequencing. Prior to that, he conducted research in microfluidics and cellular mechanics at TU Dresden's Guck Group and at Boston University's Beeler Research Group.

Saeed has also interned as a Business Analyst at the Reasoned Care Education Foundation Inc, where he assisted in the development of healthcare analytics software. As a Manufacturing Technician at Klapperich Lab, his hands-on experience in diagnostic biomarker detection and microfluidics manufacturing make him a versatile and skilled asset to any team.
