Sadie Biale, Ed.M., M.S.Ed.

Sadie Biale, M.S.Ed. is a driven and creative educator currently pursuing her Ed.M. in Teacher Leadership at Harvard Graduate School of Education. With her Master's Degree in Education & Social Change from the University of Miami, Sadie has experience in direct instruction in both elementary and middle school, as well as school/mentor programming. Her expertise lies in mentor planning, family support and conferencing, student teacher training, associate teacher training, and increasing teacher well-being and retention. From her Bachelor's of Science cum laude in Human Development from SUNY Binghamton, Sadie aims to decrease inequities within education by inspiring future generations to become hardworking, kind, and collaborative members of society.

Sadie also has diverse experience outside of education, including being a Group Fitness Instructor at multiple gyms and remotely, as well as former positions in events management, public relations, and philanthropy. Her passion for fitness and wellness permeates her educator approach, emphasizing the importance of physical activity and self-care as crucial components of a holistic student experience. She also has experience in multilingual settings, having studied Spanish culture and civilization through CEA Barcelona. Sadie's well-rounded background and expertise make her a valuable asset in supporting leadership teams and educators in pre-service and in-service professional development.
