Sadaf Askari is a seasoned professional with over twelve years of experience in driving systemic positive change towards a more sustainable future by reducing carbon emissions.

Currently serving as the Head of ICL Partnership for IES, overseeing the EMEA region, Sadaf works with the Intelligent Communities Lifecycle (ICL) platform, a Digital Twin system supporting zero-carbon planning and design for energy efficient and sustainable communities.

With a diverse educational background that includes a Master of Architecture in Urban Design, studies in Mathematics and Physics, a diploma in Business Management, and training in Data Science and Development Economics, Sadaf possesses a unique skill set that combines technical expertise with business acumen.

Sadaf's key skills include a solid foundation in Smart Cities and Urban Development, proficiency in business development and strategy for Energy and Smart Cities solutions, experience in integrating IoT solutions for optimized operational performance in urban infrastructure, familiarity with AI and energy simulation software, the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams effectively, and expertise in public and private procurement processes.

Having worked in various roles such as Researcher at UCL Institute for Environmental Design and Engineering, Project Manager at Barton Willmore, and Founder of Hybream, Sadaf has honed her skills in urban analysis, urban design, and project management.

With a B.Sc. in Urban Engineering - Urban Planning from the University of Tehran, Sadaf graduated with honors, showcasing her dedication and excellence in the field.
