Joshua Sacks is a seasoned private equity and private credit investor with a strong background in US and European leveraged buyout and growth equity opportunities. Since 2016, he has successfully completed over 15 transactions totaling more than $300 million in private investment capital. His expertise spans the entire investment process, from sourcing and due diligence to closing deals and post-investment monitoring. Joshua excels in creating investment theses, crafting detailed investment memorandums, and developing robust financial models. Currently, he is furthering his education by pursuing an MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management through the Evening & Weekend program. Joshua holds a BS in Finance and International Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
