Sachiv Mehta is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of expertise in various sectors including financial services, retail, and public sector. With an MBA from the University of Oxford - Said Business School, Sachiv has been involved in complex business and technology transformations, regulatory changes, senior stakeholder engagement, leading cross-functional teams, agile ways of working, business process design, and Target Operating Model. Currently, he is mainly focused on commercial and investment banking transformation.

Sachiv has worked with several organizations in various capacities. He is currently a Programme Manager at Lloyds Banking Group. Before this, he worked as a Managing Consultant, Financial Services at Capgemini Consulting, Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting, Consultant at Efficio, Senior Consultant at KPMG Advisory, Consultant at Kurt Salmon, part of Accenture Strategy, and Associate Consultant at CB Richard Ellis.

Some of Sachiv's notable programmes include contingency planning for a No-Deal Brexit covering traded products, current accounts and commercial lending, delivery of an automated trade surveillance capability in line with Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), and delivery of a web-based app for LIBOR submissions.
