Sachin Khapli

Sachin Khapli is a skilled Materials Scientist with a strong focus on polymer chemistry, surface science, and nanotechnology. His expertise lies in controlled radical polymerization, synthesis and characterization of thin polymeric films, nanomaterial development for biomedical applications, biosensors, microencapsulation, and controlled release technologies, as well as supercritical fluid technologies.

Sachin Khapli completed his PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University and holds a BSc in Industrial Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. With a rich educational background, he has honed his skills and knowledge in the field of materials science.

Previously, Sachin Khapli served as an Assistant Professor of Engineering at New York University Abu Dhabi, where he contributed to the academic and research community. Before that, he worked as a Post-Doctoral Scientist at Polytechnic Institute of New York University and also gained valuable experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Rice University.
