Sachi Pati

Sachi Pati is the Country Head of India for the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), a leading global provider of data, technology, and market infrastructure. He has been with ICE since 2009, initially joining during the company's early growth phase when it had fewer than 800 employees. Over the years, he has progressed through various leadership roles, culminating in his current position as Vice President and Country Head for India, which he has held since January 2020.12

Under Pati's leadership, ICE India has experienced significant growth, expanding its workforce from approximately 500 employees at the start of operations in November 2019 to around 3,400 members within four years. This expansion reflects ICE's commitment to scaling its operations and enhancing its global culture within its substantial team based in Hyderabad.13 Pati is responsible for developing and executing the business strategy for ICE's India unit and ensuring effective integration of its global teams.1

Before joining ICE, Pati served as a Director of Software Engineering at CME Group in Chicago. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Rourkela, India, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.12
