Sabri Albreiki

Sabri Ali Yahya is the Chief Information Officer of Etisalat with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology.

As the CIO of Etisalat, Sabri is responsible for overseeing various IT functions in Etisalat UAE, including applications development, infrastructure, and operations.

His role involves managing areas such as Customer Relationship Management, Service Fulfillment, Revenue Management, Analytics, Enterprise Resource Planning, and IT Service Management.

Sabri's focus is on leading significant IT and digital transformation projects to enhance organizational agility, create new revenue streams, and improve the overall customer experience across all touchpoints.

Starting his career at Etisalat in 1995, Sabri has gained extensive experience and knowledge in fixed and mobile networks, intelligent networks, and value-added services.

He has held managerial positions in network operations, network planning, provisioning, mediation, and applications development.

In 2006, Sabri became the CIO of Etisalat's operations in Egypt, where he played a pivotal role in establishing Etisalat as a key player in a competitive market.

During his time in Etisalat Egypt, he oversaw the implementation of advanced real-time convergent charging and billing solutions, coupled with analytics and customer management applications, to drive innovation and enhance the customer experience.

Sabri Albreiki holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honors in Digital Electronics and a Master of Science degree in Communication Systems Engineering from the University of Kent, UK.
