Saar Golde is a seasoned economist, data scientist, and advanced analytics specialist. With cross-industry experience in financial services, life sciences, healthcare, retail, web analytics, and online gaming, he works with clients on the full cycle of the analytics process. His primary focus is translating a business problem into data-driven analytic approaches, implementing the appropriate analysis, and translating the results back into actionable recommendations.

He has a unique experience as one of the first chief economists of a virtual world and to served as a central banker and finance minister of a virtual economy. Saar has published numerous articles in 'softer' magazines and peer-reviewed academic journals on a variety of topics such as the impact of online news on political polarization, the relationship between education and verbal ability, survey methodology, and jet particulation.
Saar earned a Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University, an M.Sc. in Management Science - Decisions and Operations Research from Tel Aviv University, and a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University. He has held a variety of positions throughout his career, including Chief Data Scientist at Via, Analytics Solution Architect at Revolution Analytics, and Chief Virtual Economist at Gaia Interactive, to name a few.
