- Designed and led 12 customized training programs to improve management skill-sets for 9 Japanese enterprises. Delivered these courses to over 800 their employees. Through workshop style sessions, served as an advisory to create business strategy plans
- Managed an organizational development project for a high potential startup. Unified the client’s management board vision to help resolve the growing pains brought by their rapid top line growth/organizational expansion
- Started 24 hours business plan competition called “GIP” to ignite GLOBIS students’ entrepreneurial thoughts and action. Over 100 students participated and 28 business plans were created. 5 of the plans were applied to GLOBIS Venture Challenge
- Authored a case for GLOBIS; “Casy & Tasukaji”, how to gain and maintain competitive advantage for startups.

Senior Consultant

- Designed a credited course for Babson, “Japan: Institutions and Entrepreneurship” and coordinated the delivery for 30 students in a 10 day adventure in learning the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Japan.
- Co-chaired Babson Asia Entrepreneurship Forum (BAEF). Created fruitful networking opportunities for over 200 audience members with guests including the CEO of Tabelog, and the co-founder of SanSan.
