Ryan Wolfe is a seasoned consumer executive with over 25 years of experience across various functions, channels, verticals, and countries. He has worked with both large and small brands and has a strong foundation in retail and ecommerce. Wolfe's expertise covers inventory management, buying, international business, strategy, and business development.

Wolfe spent 18 years working within the Gap Inc. brands, which provided him with significant experience in the retail and consumer disciplines. He has achieved numerous measurable results throughout his career and has been recognized for his impactful work across different teams and experiences.

Wolfe thrives on dealing with ambiguity, problems, and challenges. He enjoys the strategic, analytical, and creative inputs required to drive projects to completion. He is good with numbers, strategy, ideas, leadership, and execution, and he can speak fluent geek, technical, strategy, designer, marketer, and sales.

Wolfe is a co-founder and COO of ShopFulfill and was previously the CEO and founder of Goodello Co. He also served as a consumer consultant at Bloom Alley Consulting and the Chief Revenue Officer at Be Well. Wolfe has held notable senior leadership positions, including SVP Retail Experience at The Honest Company, Chief Operating Officer at Toast, and VP/GM, Banana Republic Europe + International Franchise Product at Banana Republic / Gap Inc.

Wolfe is also a former associate store manager and has worked his way up through the Retail Management Program at Gap Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business and Lebanon Union High School.
