•Responsible for leading the recruiting efforts for the technical leadership recruiting across Twilio R&D.
•Hired as a foundational member of the Technical Leadership Recruiting team partnering directly with Twilio’s CTO & Technical Leadership Council to build and standardize the recruiting process for Principal Engineers, Architects, and Senior Architects.
•Initially performed as team lead in a player / coach environment. During this time I carried a full desk while also coaching a small team consisting of two additional talent partners.
