Ryan Thielen

Ryan Thielen is a hardworking and passionate professional with a broad range of experience in leadership, team management, customer support, and remote work. With a background in Chemistry, Secondary Education, and Broad Field Science, Ryan has worked his way up from Project Coordinator to Manager of Technical Advising, Director of Customer Support, and Senior Programs Manager at Procore Technologies. From that experience, he has overseen more than 20% of the organization's employees, developed the company's first remote office and created and managed various teams, providing unique insight into the different sides of a corporation. Ryan has also contributed to the establishment of company values and strategic goals, accommodated multi-location growth and expansion, built one of the core sales teams, and established a central IT team.

As an independent consultant, Ryan continues to bring his expertise to various clients, providing guidance in leadership, team management, and customer support. He is a board member of the Kandiyohi County KCEO at the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship, demonstrating a commitment to philanthropic action. Ryan is metrics-driven and enjoys challenges, new ideas, and working with people.
