Ryan Steger is an inventive mechanical engineer with over 18 years of experience in creating innovative solutions across various industries such as military, automotive, semiconductor, consumer products, and medical devices.

With a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, a B.S. from Rice University, and further studies in Management of Technology at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Ryan has a strong educational background in engineering and business.

Ryan has held key roles at Intuitive, including Sr. Director and Director of Advanced Product Development, showcasing his expertise in leading cross-functional teams and bringing ideas from concept to commercialization.

Prior to his tenure at Intuitive, Ryan gained valuable experience at companies like Immersion Corporation, Integrated Motions, Inc., and SAR, honing his skills in mechanical engineering, research, and systems design.
