As the Managing Editor, I lead the editorial effort to create content that grows our audience and makes our clients' lives easier.

Some highlights:
-Grew organic blog traffic by 360% year over year
-Grew blog leads 150% year over year
-Launched interview series with entrepreneurs like Chip Wilson (lululemon), Payal Kadakia (ClassPass), Lyndon Cormack (Herschel Supply Co), Brian Scudamore (1-800-GOT-JUNK?), Director X, and more
-Outranked the IRS and Wikipedia for key terms such as tax deadlines, depreciation, bookkeeping, and more.

Our enterprise SaaS platform is used by some of the biggest payments companies, wealth management firms, and banks to create digital client onboarding experiences. Every day we're moving financial services one step closer to a paperless experience.

As the Content Marketing Specialist, I manage:

1) Content Strategy
I plan the stories we're going to tell, and how we're going to tell them.

2) Editorial Calendar
I oversee the blog strategy, freelancers, tone, messaging, publishing schedule, and editorial to run a blog that finance execs go to again and again for client onboarding insights.

3) Longform Content
I work with the CEO and other internal thought leaders, along with designers, to produce high-value content such as eBooks, white papers, webinars, and conference speeches that educate, convert, retain, and delight.

4) Social Media Strategy
I make sure we add value and build relationships on social media, instead of being another spammy voice. Through our social media efforts, we've built meaningful relationships with some of top fintech influencers in the industry, leading to offline conversations, viral press coverage, and sales conversations.

5) Marketing Campaigns
I work together with the whole marketing team to produce marketing assets that convert, such as landing pages, email marketing, videos, and copy. Some of the campaigns i've produced include eBooks that have driven >$2 million in pipeline.

Inbound Marketing Specialist

As the Marketing Coordinator I was responsible not only for web marketing efforts such as social media strategy and email marketing, but also customer, dealer, and vendor communications in a network of 300+ dealers, reporting to the Marketing and Admin. Manager. I started a new Twitter channel for the company and grew their following by several hundred. Working closely with the CEO, I l learned every facet of running a small business including product strategy, brand strategy, accounting, logistics, and PR.

I was in charge of sponsorship for largest marketing case competition in Western Canada, and managed the Corporate Relations team, overseeing sponsorship publications and packages and the whole sponsorship process. I brought in Modo The Car Co-op as our title sponsor, and secured thousands of dollars in monetary and in-kind sponsorship to help the event run smoothly.

As the marketing intern, I got a taste of agency life by helping Domain7 through a critical web refresh of their own brand, getting the opportunity to write the copy for all their case studies, as well as copyedit existing case studies and new blog posts. I also contributed to social media strategy by conducting a social media audit and implementing the necessary changes. Some of these changes included: A/B testing, analytics tracking, and greater follower engagement.
