Ryan Selhorn is a highly experienced CFO resource who currently serves as the CAO of Signature Analytics. With 13 years of accounting and finance experience under his belt, Ryan has worked with public and private companies across several industries like government contracting, not-for-profit, technology, and more. He specializes in venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, public equity offerings, and interaction with the SEC and PCAOB. Ryan has also been a vital part of many financial due diligence processes and ensured proper monitoring of compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. At Signature Analytics, Ryan works as a CFO for some clients and helps prepare financial statements, cash flow projections, capital raise processes, and more. Ryan has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University. Before Signature Analytics, Ryan spent ten years as Senior Manager at Grant Thornton LLP, working on financial statement audits for publicly traded and privately held companies. He is also the Vice President Finance at the Consumer Healthcare Division of Aytu Bioscience and the former Vice President and CFO at Innovus Pharmaceuticals.
