Ryan Resella

Ryan Resella, MPA, is a highly experienced individual with a diverse background in both technology and public administration. He holds a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University Northridge (CSUN). With over 5 years of experience in developing applications for local governments, Ryan has extensive expertise in land use management software, permitting software, and ArcGIS mapping, among other areas. His career includes significant roles at reputable organizations such as Upworthy, Obama for America, Code for America, and the City of Santa Clarita. At Code for America, Ryan worked on open source projects, created Ruby Gems, and developed ArcGIS applications. His specialties include Ruby on Rails, project management, Esri ArcGIS, social media, HTML, and CSS.
