Ryan Pollock is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Political History, Philosophy, and International Economics from the University of Oxford, an MBA with a focus on Venture Fellow, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from Texas McCombs School of Business, and a B.Bus.Sci in Finance from the University of Cape Town.

With a wealth of academic knowledge and practical experience, Ryan has served as the Managing Partner at Iron Gate Capital, where he led investments in high-growth technology companies with revenues between $5 - $30 million.

His approach at Iron Gate is distinctive, focusing on partnering with management teams to drive growth and achieve free cash flow positivity within 24 months of investment.

Ryan's operator mindset and hands-on involvement have been instrumental in his roles as a Board Member at various companies such as Respondology, Urgent.ly Roadside Assistance, Liqid Inc., RemoteLock, HZO, Integrate Inc., and more.

He has also been actively engaged in the venture capital community, having served as the Co-Chairman at the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association and as a Board Observer at Kapost.
