Ryan has held several key roles in various organizations, showcasing his diverse skill set and experience. He served as an Opportunities and Events Manager at Christ Church Students' Union, where he excelled in managing opportunities and organizing events to enhance the student experience.

Prior to his role at Christ Church Students' Union, Ryan Penny worked as a Sports Coordinator at Kent Union, where he demonstrated his passion for sports and coordination skills. His experience in sports coordination further extends to his tenure as a Sports Coordinator at Kent Sport and Physical Activity Service.
