- Reviewed and analyzed Impact Assessments (IA) and requirement documents
- Developed test cases, ensuring requirements were being incorporated in the solution and mapped to the proper test cases
- Managed and monitored progress of the KPMG team writing test cases and performing requirements mapping

Hyphen Solutions built and operates the largest and only SaaS application serving clients of residential homebuilders, their suppliers, distributors and manufacturers to streamline operational and supply chain processes in real-time via mobile devices or desktop.

Directly reported to the COO of an ASP software company to provide BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) analysis, solution identification, BPO sourcing, and implementation professional services.
- Initiated and ran a vendor selection of companies who provide outsourced billing services;analyzed current vs. future state, GAP, and solution alternative; included building project plan (MS Project), vendor research, requirements development, drafting RFP, RFP response evaluation, contact negotiations, and recommendation of action;the completion of the project resulted in a cost effective and scalable billing solution with the ability to grow as the business grows; an upfront cost savings greater than $150k, and turned fixed in to variable costs; additional benefits were single location of customer data, increased accuracy in billings, automated payment processing, and improved reporting capabilities
- Implemented and managed a KM (Knowledge Management)3rd party web software solution called, Intraspect Knowledge Server 5.6;facilitated the client with product setup, user setup, taxonomy creation, and deployment to workforce; the new system resulted in better use of company standard methodologies, centralized data, searchable content, increase repeatable processes, and enhanced communications and collaboration

- Managed a data conversion E2E through all phases, as a part of a $42 million project, consisting of more than 250 sub-systems, which included SAP R/3, into a single BSS Amdocs Ensemble software platform for the largest Canadian telecommunications company; client benefited by decreased time to market, support for new products, enhanced customer care including customer self-care on the Internet, elimination of costly legacy systems, and billed more accurately and efficiently by 40%, thus decreasing lost revenues by $8 Million +
- Led, implemented, trained, and transitioned a process improvement plan and new testing methodology for the Systems Integration Testing team of a US based 3G-telecommunication carrier; resulting in decreased planning time by 30%, industry standardization, increased stability of code released into production, and increased customer satisfaction
- Formulated and maintained business relationships with vendors in the ePay, ePresentment, CRM, personalization, and knowledge management industries to foster joint business ventures resulting in over $150,000 in revenues

- Assessed software vendor’s compliance with requirement documentation; further defined details of the established requirements in conjunction with the Canadian Telco; ensured the client’s needs were met which led to satisfactory system development and attainment of expectations
