Ryan Esdohr, Founder of Superhuman Lab

Ryan Esdohr is the founder of Superhuman Lab, a sports therapy clinic located in Urbandale, Iowa. He founded the lab in 2014 after moving back to Iowa from Atlanta, Georgia, where he worked at a premiere sports therapy clinic.12

At Superhuman Lab, Ryan specializes in injury rehabilitation and works with local athletes and individuals seeking higher performance.1 He has worked with athletes in various professional sports leagues, including the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, PGA, and Track & Field.1

Ryan has completed several courses related to functional range systems (FRS), which has been a key part of his career development and the foundation for how training and treatment intersect at Superhuman Lab.1 Some of the courses he has completed include:
