Ryan Jones

Ryan Jones is an experienced marketer and CEO of Reful Creative, a marketing agency that specializes in helping not-for-profit organizations and small to medium-sized businesses with their marketing and technology needs. With over six years of experience working in the not-for-profit sector, Ryan founded Refuel Creative in 2016 to provide more personalized assistance to organizations of all kinds. Ryan is passionate about helping companies get the most out of their marketing and technology and pursues this passion through workshops, presentations, and consulting for organizations such as the City of Melbourne, City of Salisbury, Microsoft, and Connecting Up.

Ryan has an extensive educational background, including a Bachelor of Management in Marketing, a Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Management double degree in Computer Systems and Marketing, and a Master of Marketing, Marketing from the University of South Australia. He has also studied small business management, PRINCE2, and completed the YouTube Creator Academy.

Before founding Refuel Creative, Ryan served as CEO of GoTipping, a startup that he prepared for launch. Additionally, Ryan worked as a digital marketing and online technologies consultant for Luminary Productions, technology and membership coordinator, and marketing coordinator for Connecting Up Inc., and as a marketing consultant for Southern Rocklobster Limited.

Ryan's presentations on Google Analytics, cloud computing, social media, and other technology and marketing-related topics have been called engaging, informative, and easy to understand by participants and delegates.
