Ryan Hildebrandt is a seasoned professional with a background in mechatronics engineering from the University of Waterloo.
He is the former Co-founder & Managing Partner at OpsKings, where he helped clients scale by implementing 'Process-Driven Growth' strategies that combine people and tech systems to drive results at scale.
Ryan has a strong foundation in process management tools, including building custom solutions in Airtable, developing client portals, and real-time KPI dashboards.
His expertise extends to no-code automations, operations consulting, and continuous system improvement through weekly team meetings.
Prior to OpsKings, Ryan founded Viral Message Lab, TEDxLeamingtonSpa, and Ryan Hildebrandt Ltd, where he served as a Software Engineer.
He also gained experience in process automation, software engineering, and project leadership at organizations like Callisto Integration Europe Ltd. and Hinz Automation.
Ryan's leadership skills were evident during his tenure as Student Council President at Conrad Grebel University College.
