He currently serves as the Director of Capture at Alpha Omega Integration, LLC, showcasing his expertise in leading capture efforts for the organization.

Previously, Ryan has worked as a Senior Capture and Proposal Manager at Ryan Consulting Group, Inc., contributing his skills in managing and overseeing proposal processes.

His experience also includes a role as a Senior Proposal Manager at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation, where he demonstrated proficiency in proposal creation and submission.

Earlier in his career, Ryan held positions such as Proposal Manager at ICS-NETT and Capture Research Analyst at Adams Communications and Engineering Technologies, gaining valuable experience in the capture and proposal domain.

Furthermore, Ryan's background includes a stint as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Oregon, highlighting his passion for teaching and sharing knowledge.
