As a Senior Product Manager on the SecOps PM team, I am responsible for helping build the next generation Trellix XDR solution and the Trellix Threat Intelligence portfolio. This includes Global Threat Intelligence (GTI), Threat Intelligence Exchange (TIE), and Insights.

I work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to define the product roadmap, gather customer feedback, and launch new features and products. I am also responsible for working with product marketing to develop and execute marketing and sales plans, and working with customers to implement and adopt Trellix solutions.

•	Trend Micro representative for the Heartland Technology Group (HTG), a managed service provider peer group.  As a sponsor of HTG, met quarterly with peer groups delivering learning sessions on how Trend Micro products help increase profits and business value for members.  Increased sales from this peer group by over 300% in 2010 and 2011.
•	Participated in the recruitment and establishment of a new service provider sales team.  Recruited and staffed regional sales and sales engineer teams to focus exclusively on service provider market.  Hired four sales representatives and two sales engineers to cover the United States.
